A personal note
Harmony has always been personal.
Balance, peace, and harmony have shaped the way I live, learn, and relate to others. When something feels unsettled, I notice it. Over the years, that awareness has become an ongoing exploration: how do I live with greater harmony—with myself, with others, and with the world around me?
I have followed that question through many forms of learning. Engineering and technology taught me to think in systems: to pay attention to the details, and to look for the leverage point, the one change that makes the difference. Coaching and self-development deepened my curiosity about people, perception, and the conditions that shape our experience.
When I discovered BioGeometry through those studies, I saw a new possibility: bringing my love of precision, systems thinking and harmony, and my wish to be of service, into the physical spaces where life unfolds.
That curiosity grew into Jascovski Environments, my practice in environmental harmonization. Yoga is part of my own practice too, and the studios where I practice are spaces I care about. It is a privilege to be invited into the places where life happens.
With care,
John
