This notice explains what happens to personal information when you visit environments.jascovski.com or write to us through its form. We collect very little, so it is short.

What we collect
- When you write to us: your name, your email address, where your space is (if you tell us), the topic you choose and your message. We do not ask for health information; please keep it for our conversation rather than the form.
- When you visit: like every website, the server that delivers this site receives technical data with each request, such as your IP address, your browser and the time. Our host keeps it in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- Nothing else: no cookies, no analytics, no tracking and no advertising. Fonts and images are served from this site itself.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your message and, if you wish, to arrange a harmonization. We do not use it for marketing or advertising, and we never sell or share it.
Who processes it for us
- Hosting: Railway Corporation, United States, hosts this website.
- Form delivery: Resend (Resend, Inc., United States) sends your message from this site to our inbox.
- Email: Google Workspace (Google LLC, United States), where your message is kept once it arrives.
These providers work in the United States. If you write to us from another country, your message is processed there, under the safeguards in their terms.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept while we are in conversation and deleted 12 months after the last exchange. If we work together, the records of that work are kept as long as the law requires. Our host keeps server logs, and Resend keeps a delivery record of each message, for a limited time set by their own terms.
Your choices and rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or ask us to stop using it, by writing to [email protected]. Asking will never change how we treat you. Depending on where you live, for example in California, the EU, the UK, Switzerland or Brazil, local law may give you further rights, and you can also turn to your local data protection authority.
Do Not Track
This site does not track visitors across websites, so it treats every browser the same, whatever its Do Not Track setting.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version will appear here with its date.
